The Air Force Personnel Center announced Friday that 825 first lieutenants have been selected for promotion to captain.

The list of selectees for the 2017C quarterly selection process includes 753 Line of the Air Force officers. It also includes seven LAF-judge advocates, 87 Nurse Corps officers, 14 Biomedical Services Corps officers, 11 Medical Service Corps officers, and three chaplains.

All but four of the 756 LAF lieutenants who were in the promotion zone were selected, for a selection rate of 99.5 percent. One above-the-zone LAF officer was selected, but two others were passed over.

The other categories had 100 percent selection rates in-the-zone, and no above-the-zone officers were considered for promotion in those categories.

The list of selectees can be found here.
