More than 600 airmen were selected for promotion via the enlisted in-system supplemental promotion process, according to an Air Force news release.

This is processed monthly in the Weighted Airman Promotion System, allowing eligible staff sergeants through senior master sergeants to compete for promotion consideration if weighable data changes in their promotion file, the release said.

There were 426 airmen selected for promotion to staff sergeant, 105 selected for technical sergeant and 44 selected for master sergeant.

Not all selectees were identified in the list because some are in career fields requiring secrecy, so the number of airmen identified falls slightly short of the 604 total.

In-system supplemental consideration also applies to airmen who test after initial promotion selections have been made, as well as airmen who are deployed or were unable to test during their normal window.

The list can be found here.
