It's been more than a year since the Air Force overhauled the enlisted performance evaluation and promotion system. 

This means that airmen at every applicable rank have gone through the process at least once. 

Tell us: How you think it's going? Is it working as intended? Is the quota system, which limits how many airmen get the top promotion recommendations, allowing top performers to rise to the top, or is it leading to favoritism? Do your supervisors understand how it works? Do you think it treats airmen fairly? Have any kinks been straightened out?
