A West Virginia state judge has allowed the continued deployment of more than 300 West Virginia National Guard members to Washington, D.C.
The Washington D.C. National Guard, deployed to the nation’s capital since August, will remain on orders at least through the end of February.
The decision came after several hundred academy graduates and family members contacted the alumni group to share their opinions on the motions.
