A T-38 Talon training jet collapsed onto a contractor after he removed a pin from the aircraft's nose landing gear in February 2023.
The pilot, an instructor with the 49th Fighter Training Squadron, sustained minor injuries but safely ejected.
Officials are investigating what caused the landing gear to fail.
This is the eighth major T-38C mishap in the past five years.
