Although a lot of people have seen the northern lights, Air Force Lt. Col. Ross Franquemont had a view that was unique, reports CBS News.
Fraquemont’s view was up close from a U-2 he was piloting last month over Canada.
Fortunately, he’s also an amateur photographer who, as with any good photographer, had his camera at the ready to capture some really amazing photos.
