The HillVets 100 Class of 2017 is here. HillVets began releasing recipient names of the annual award this morning over Twitter.

The award honors the top 100 most influential and impactful U.S. veterans, service members, and supporters who are making positive differences in their local communities and in policy decision-making.

HillVets will continue releasing one name every 15 minutes over the course of Wednesday and Thursday. The full list will be posted at 10 a.m. Friday.

HillVets is a non-profit organization made up of veterans, active-duty servicemen, and supporters working together to empower other veterans and support their educational and career goals.

They also work “to raise national awareness of the value that Veterans bring to relevant policy decisions, as well as the positive impact that they have on our local communities,” according to their website.

All 100 award recipients will meet on March 29, 2018, at the HillVets 100 Annual Tribute Gala in Washington, D.C.

Military Times is the official media sponsor for HillVets 100.
