Three F-35A Lightning II squadrons are officially coming to Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., as the Air Force rules out a fourth squadron at the former F-22 installation.
The catastrophic storm's 150 miles-per-hour-plus winds delivered a direct hit to the base, bringing down trees and power lines, ripping roofs off buildings and causing significant structural damage.
