An airman faces court-martial on accusations that he repeatedly raped a woman between December 2013 and September 2014, according to documents filed with the Judge Advocate General's office.

Airman First Class Anthonei Sudds faces one charge of rape using force against a woman in or near Wichita, Kansas.

He also faces and one charge of assault consummated by a battery for allegedly , court records show. According to JAG documents, Sudds allegedly raped a woman in or near Wichita, Kansas. He is also accused of assaulting someone, including allegedly punching and kicking the victim and stomping on the victim’s head.

The court records indicate the alleged victim of the assault was female, but does not specify whether she it is the same woman Sudds is accused of raping.

The Air Force Times could not reach Sudds or his legal counsel for comment.

According to Air Force personnel records, Sudds is a flight services center apprentice with the 22nd Logistics Readiness Squadron at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas. He joined the service in August 2013.
