Albuquerque police: Kirtland personnel catch shooting suspect

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— Albuquerque police say a suspect is in custody in a Wednesday morning shooting in which one person was wounded.

Police say the suspect was taken into custody in a housing area by Kirtland Air Force Base security forces.

No information was immediately released about the shooting, the suspect or the person who was shot except that the victim is male and was taken to a hospital.
