An Air Force Academy cadet  faces court-martial Tuesday for allegedly using, manufacturing and distributing drugs including LSD and Molly.

Cadet 3rd Class Nathaniel Lawrence Penalosa allegedly used LSD, methlyenedioxy-methamphetamine — commonly known as MDMA, ecstasy or Molly — and the stimulant Modafinil several times between August  2014 and November 2014, according to a charge sheet obtained by Air Force Times.

Penalosa also is also charged with allegedly bringing the drugs onto academy grounds and distributing them on multiple occasions during that time frame, according to the charge sheet.

And Penalosa allegedly wrongfully manufactured MDMA several times during that period, the charge sheet said.

In a Monday news release announcing the court-martial, the academy stressed that the charges are only accusations at this time, and that Penalosa is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
