Three airmen are facing courts-martial on unrelated charges, according to records filed with the Judge Advocate General's office:

Senior Airman Shannon KoutsovalasAn airman is accused of facing a court-martial for drug use and child endangerment after she allegedly drove a car with a child inside while high on meth.

Senior Airman Shannon Koutsovalas, assigned to the 355th Equipment Maintenance Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, is charged with wrongfully possessing and using controlled substances, according to records filed with the Judge Advocate General’s office.

She According to court documents, Koutsovalas allegedly drove a vehicle with a passenger under the age of 16 while high on methamphetamine on March 25 at or near Tucson, Ariz. on March 25, 2015.

The airman then allegedly drove a car while intoxicated on May 9, 2015. Court records do not indicate the child was in the vehicle at that time.

Koutsovalas is also charged with facing charges of using and possessing meth — a Schedule II controlled substance — and with possessing Clonazepam, a Schedule IV controlled substance commonly used to treat panic disorders and seizures but sometimes used as a recreational drug.

She is assigned to the 355th Equipment Maintenance Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., according to Air Force records.

Air Force Times could not reach SA Koutsovalas nor her legal counsel for comment.

A statement from the JAG's office said "the charges are merely accusations" and that "airmen are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt."

He is also facing one charge of striking a senior airman on the face while in Prague, Czech Republic, in February 2014.

"The charges are merely accusations, and these airmen are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt," said a statement from the JAG office.

Air Force Times could not reach Harrison nor his legal counsel for comment. A court-martial at RAF Mildenhall has been set for Jan. 12.

Harrison joined the Air Force in January 2005, personnel records show. He has received the Air Force Commendation Medal and Air Force Achievement Medal.

An airman at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is facing charges of sexual assault according to court martial records.

Senior Airman Clint Williams is accused of sexually assaulting a woman on April 26 at or near Nashua, New Hampshire, according to documents filed with the Judge Advocate General’s office.

Williams is part of the 66th Security Forces Squadron at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, and joined the service in August 2011, personnel records show.

"This charge and its specifications are merely accusations and the accused is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty," said a statement from the 66th Air Base Group. "The accused was arraigned on August 19, 2015, where he deferred elections on pleas and forum," a statement from the 66th Air Base Group said. "Trial is scheduled for January 5-8, 2016, at Hanscom AFB."

Air Force Times could not reach Williams nor his legal representative for comment.
