There's buzzing the tower. And then there's ... this:

A new video appears to show a Libyan rebel plane flying along the tarmac at an airfield just feet off the ground, narrowly missing a man who was standing nearby.

Reported by the BBC, the film has not been verified, but appears to show the man ducking out of the way just as the aircraft rockets pass.

It's unclear if the plane was attempting to land, but in the video it does not appear to have its landing gear down.

The video was first posted to the Libyan Air Force's Facebook page. It's possible it was part of a training exercise, as a second video shows a group of individuals calmly standing on the tarmac watching the plane go past.

The second video is accompanied by a message in Arabic, part of which roughly translates, "the art of leadership for Libyan Air Force pilots."
