FlightLines: Reporting from Afghanistan

Air Force Times reporter Michael Hoffman is spending a month in Afghanistan, traveling around the country and reporting on what airmen and other troops are doing.
He’s filing stories for our print edition and also posting updates on our FlightLines blog whenever he can get to a computer.
His latest two posts are about a close encounter with a possible improvised explosive device, and on the lighter side, photos of two dogs adopted by an Army platoon.
