Air Force Reserve officers can now apply for spots in in-residence developmental education schools for the 2009-10 academic year.
The Air Force Reserve Development Education Designation Board will meet in November to pick officers to attend intermediate- and senior-level schools, and will nominate a single officer to attend the Inter-American Defense College.
Senior schools offered through the program are Air War College, Army War College, Naval War College, National War College, Industrial College of the Armed Forces, Joint Advanced Warfighting School and the Harvard National Security Fellowship. The School of Advanced Air and Space Studies is also available to officers who have completed intermediate-level school, but does not offer in-residence credit.
