Military models have been in Playboy before

It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes Playboy finds models who pose while serving in the military.

The magazine knows of 10, including Michelle Manhart.

Half were in the Navy, and all but three were featured in a “Women of the armed forces” pictorial in a 1980 issue that did not fully disclose ranks.

Almost all of them were photographed — clothed or unclothed — in service-issue uniforms, and some posed nude or nearly nude on military grounds.
