An airman who allegedly videotaped a civilian woman and then showed it to a female airman faces a special court-martial beginning Wednesday at the Air Force Academy.
Tech Sgt. Jose Vuittonet Jr., who is assigned to the 306th Flying Training Group, faces one charge of dereliction of duty against a female airman in violation of Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and two specifications of indecent acts in violation of Article 120.
According to the charge sheet, which was obtained by Air Force Times, Vuittonet allegedly videotaped a woman in July 2011 while she was unclothed in a bathroom, without her consent and while she had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
During either January or February 2012, the charge sheet said, Vuittonet allegedly sexually harassed a female airman by showing her the video and engaging her in a sexual conversation.
The academy stressed that Vuittonet is innocent until proven guilty.
