Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (AW/NAC) Mike Stevens provides input to other Navy leaders on many sailor-focused programs, from uniform policies, to chief training, advancement rules, and more.

Navy Times has an upcoming interview with MCPON and wants your ideas about what to ask him ó itís a chance to get his take on the questions that matter most to you.

■What are the most pressing changes you'd like to see for your uniforms and sea bag?

■From the tape test to the 1.5-mile run, what would you ask MCPON about physical fitness tests? What changes would you like him to try to make to the Navy's fitness program? Do you feel you get enough time to work out?

■MCPON has worked with chief of naval personnel experts on reviews of the advancement formula and rules. In what ways would you like to see them improved?
