TAMPA, FLA. — A woman accused of sneaking onto MacDill Air Force Base four times has been declared mentally incompetent.

A federal judge in Tampa ordered 51-year-old Suzanne Jensen to undergo treatment Monday. Prosecutors have said they do not think Jensen understands the criminal proceedings she faces.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that Jensen is a former employee of the U.S. Forest Service. The homeless woman has a degree in genetics from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jensen was arrested in Colorado last month after reportedly trying to get onto Fort Carson. Officials say she’s also tried to get onto bases in Georgia and North Carolina.

Her mother has said Jensen may believe she is a secret agent who works at the various military installations.
