Airman among seriously injured in Boston bombings

At least one airman is among the dozens of people seriously injured by two bomb blasts Monday during the 117th running of the Boston Marathon.

Air Force spokesman Lt. Col. John Dorrian confirmed an airman was seriously injured, and said no other information would be released Tuesday evening.

The bombing has claimed the lives of three and injured about 183 people.
