The Army Tuition Assistance Program has been reinstated, and will remain available to qualified soldiers at least through fiscal 2013, which ends Sept. 30.

GoArmyEd, the online system for managing TA enrollments and payments was reactivated early this morning, and can be accessed at https://www.earmyu.com/Login.aspx.
