My dad is an aviation ordnanceman in the Navy. He has opened new doors and inspired me to do a lot of things in life. He has made me think of things I don't usually think about. My dad has been guiding me to a better life, and let me explain to you why.

My dad has opened new doors for me. What I mean by that is, he has opened new opportunities for me. What he has done is [He has] put away money toward my college education using his GI Bill, and more important things for my life. When I start thinking of what my dad does for me, I realize that I am very lucky to have a dad who works in the Navy.

My dad has inspired me to do a lot of things in life. He has inspired me to work with bombs, jets and ships. How he did that is, he has taken me to museums of old and new bombs, has taken me close to jets, and inside ships. What I have seen has really amazed me.

My dad has taught me things that will help me have a better future. He has given me information on how to have a good life. He has done so much for me. I think that my dad is the parent that will help me out in life and its problems.
